On 27 of november 7p.m. at Lithuanian national drama theatre will be presented the newest dance performance of choreographer Anželika Cholina Othello. With this premiere A|CH theatre did finish 6th season.
Mantas Daraškevicius, the artist of Lithuanian national opera and ballet theatre, will make his debut in Othello as Cassio. M.K. Čiurlionis art scool ballet absolvents Urtė Bareisytė, Kristina Tarasevičiūtė, Auksė Mikalajūnaitė, Modesta Butautytė, Julija Adigamova also will take a place on stage for this dance performance. |

On 30, 31 of May and 1 of June at Lithuanian national drama theatre with a great success and huge spectators interest A|CH theatre presented second premiere of the season - dance performance "Othello".
To create main roles in performance Othello A|CH theatre invited Zurich ballet principal dancers Amilcar Moret Gonzalez (Cuba) and Kusha Alexi (Switzerland). In one of the four premiers Othello and Dezdemonas parts were danced by Lithuanian pair Nerijus Tauskus and Margarita Makejeva. Performance cast 26 Lithuanian national opera and ballet theatre, A|CH theatre troupe dancers and Lithuanian music and theatre academy dancer-actor speciality students.

PEOPLE:) is the modern interpretation of traditional Lithuanian folk dances.
Choreographer A. Cholina: It was interesting adapting the traditional dances to the todays context, filling them with energy, irony, sadness and vitality. Performance reveals wantonly forgotten folk dance, which reflects life, character and beauty of Lithuanians. I believe, that this performance will awake spectators desire to be proud of the nation.

A|CH theatre from April 29th to May 2nd was in Luxembourg, taking part in the festival dedicated to EU expansion one year anniversary. Lithuania besides the other 9 new EU members will be presented by the Anželika Cholina Dance Theatre (A|CH) with dance performance "Tango in FA" (music by A. Piazzolla). |
